All the Sufjan Stevens stuff. He did one Sufjan Christmas boxed set release, Songs for Christmas, (which is probably the best) then went overboard and did a 4-CD boxed set Christmas release a few years later called Silver and Gold. It's also pretty danged good, though.

It's our most frequent holiday listening.
