The purpose is to use nagative stimuli to manipulate behavior. That isn’t supposed to be used to for lifetime of the dog. If used properly, the behavior becomes the norm and the nagative reinforcement isn’t needed. At which point they’re considered “trained”.

I'm on a phone, it looks better for me that way. Though I've always spaced out posts.
I'm one too think to many sentences together looks like a wall of text.

Anti freeze tastes/smells sweet to dogs.
Kill it softly.

My Chesapeake retriever was a barker (she was a rescue so I not sure whst caused her barking) anyway she barked at everything.
Found a item at Costco about $30 that emits a sound that (undetectable to human) and they just shut up. You can adjust its sensitivity etc. about the size of a large pine cone and you can put it anywhere.
Purchase it a petsmart.

Threw like six milk bones in neighbor's yard. Quiet for almost ten minutes.

You said the smallest dog was 80 pounds?
How many dogs total?

Now you are rewarding the barking. Good job dumbass.

Sling a handful of cheerios, they'll spend forever trying to sniff them all out in the dark.
But as dude just said above, once they are convinced they've found them all, they'll bark for more.
Benadryl is safe to use on dogs, by the way.

Naw, they cool.
The entire family has the whitest names. Collar shirts, perfect posture, Lexus in the driveway. Legit guy. Oddly a customer of mine, just randomly overpaid greatly for the house across from me. The highest price paid per sqft for one of the original houses in the history of my area.
Them paying that much for that house, grew my net worth overnight.

I just texted him. Told him I have three printed circuit boards I need to solder on, and asked for quiet.
The dog is louder now.
Thinking of getting airsoft gun.
You have a shitty neighbor. And by that, I don't mean that he is a bad person. He is a shitty dog owner.
The dogs are bored out of their frickin mind. He thinks by sticking them outside they are getting their exercise. What he fails to realize is that they aren't getting any stimulation or socialization. And so the barking will continue on.

Fwiw, since the milk bones, they haven't barked. I went to the far back of my yard where it's chain link and was petting them Just now.
I'm going to try and train them. I got this.

You've got to level with him and if he doesn't get the dogs under control get the DA involved. I had to do that before. Got the DA to write neighbor a letter about their barking dogs and how that's a noise violation. Hope you don't have to go that far but frick a "friendship" where a guy doesn't realize his dogs are annoying the shite out of everybody.

My dog barks once or twice at anyone that pulls into the yard, if he recognizes the car he quits. If he doesn’t then he will continue to bark. My neighbor has two pit bulls that run to the fence across the street everytime they let them out and they bark for five minutes or so. And we just moved closer to town so he hears a bunch of ambulance sirens and he will howl with it, trying to let him know it’s ok lol
