I wasn’t sure you had them to begin with.

Think it will depend on the clinic. I would call tomorrow and ask.

My husband had to have epidural injections for a back injury last year. I can remember his pre-procedure paperwork specifically saying that he had to have transportation home arranged (that was NOT a taxi or Uber) or they would not do the procedure.

I always wondered if men who undergo vasectomies become subconsciously less desireable to women because of the inability to reproduce.

If you act a fool enough, you'll definitely get a free ride.

They made me have my wife there to check me out, but I drove myself home. Drove a stick shift pickup for 1.5 hours in BR rush hour traffic 2 days before Christmas. Wife drove over to the hospital, checked me out, and then drove herself back to the mall.

I've had to be sedated for a test before and the clinic wouldn't even let me get past the waiting room unless there was someone with me who confirmed they were driving me home and sat there the whole time. It was going to be about two hours and I wasn't going to be sedated until the very end, but the clinic was CLEAR with both of us that if the office staff noticed that my ride left the waiting area for any reason before they administered the sedative, they would notify the clinical staff, cancel the procedure, and I'd have to reschedule.

Call ahead and find out.

I drove home right after my vasectomy. No problem.

Besides, you’re presumably a grown man. Do you think they strap you down or something? It isn’t jail.

No, before they cut you they ensure an adult driver you trust is there. your person.

I used to think this theory was ridiculous but then realized that you are so loopy and drugged the uber/taxi driver could rob you blind and take you to your ATM and rob you some more with no lube.

I forgot how a vasectomy is no big deal. Someone already asked this on reddit. It all depends on your sedation. Instead of asking the OT call your doctors office. Sidenote: If you opt out of the valium, you may be able to uber it? If you don't go home and get in a recliner with ice bags on your testicles, you may regret it...
