Collin is like an upper middle class and above family's wet dream 
Safe as can be, great schools, all the entertainment you could want, close to the stuff Collin doesn't have, great property value and insane resale ability, etc it just goes on and on.

Collin county is a mixture of all classes....from poor to rich and everything in between. ETA: It is a wonderful county though. My comment is not a knock on the county, just a correction for anyone that doesn't know the county.
