There are tons of vendors that sell just the dish and the LNB (Low Noise Buffer) (aka feedhorn). A mount is as easy as a piece of pipe cemented in a 5 gallon bucket. Look up Azimuth/Elevation/Skew and point accordingly.
Or go somewhere like Solid Signal and get a meter and use it to point. I got the ole man one for his travel trailer when him and mom traveled.
IIRC if you're too far from home and your home account has local channels on it...you might not be in the spotbeam for the locals so you may not get those at the camp. Something to consider.

Just finished doing this over the weekend.
My dad had just bought a house that had a dish from a previous owner, he uses Cox. I took that dish and mount to the camp. I got a box from a friend of mine that he had extra. I’ll just pay him once per year for his fee for the extra box. Hooked it up.
Could not get it to work so I also had to buy a power inserter that goes in line of the cable to the satellite. Bought it off of amazon for like $10.
You get the directions of where to point it off the tv when you hook it up. I downloaded a free app on my phone, “SatFinder Lite” to help point it.
Within 5 minutes of pointing it i had it working. Hope this helps.

I thought that the whole idea of having a camp was to get away from all of that.
During a thunderstorm at night, you might want something to watch. And you can forget internet at the camp.
The state park ISP services always suck.
Cellphone coverage may be spotty.

talk to a maintenance guy at an apartment complex, he probably has a bunch of them
depends on your box

Also, I want the 3 probe thing in front of the dish, not the single, correct?
