frick off
People pay money to go see Kid Rock. Why should I care what they do with their cash? Don't get it if you don't like it, plain and simple.
I know Ubisoft has their issues, but I still enjoy a majority of their games and I have no issue paying money for it. Eat a fat one if you have a problem with it.

quote:because you market a game at a certain price point to make it sound competitive just to bring it home and realize every feature that used to be price included is now a blocked commodity because they realized there was a value for those options
don't get why people would complain about having the option to NOT pay what the game should really cost.
Now those are additional costs. You also in same instances scale back on basic campaign modes to where the game is empty without DLC. Again this is mostly a EA gripe. I hope that company gets Blockbustered.
Their greed has ruined many of their franchises for me.

What features are they blocking from you?

Eh. We just had better get Titanfall 3

Apparently they made it so you earn less credit now so we’re back to square one.

Where did you hear that?

I haven't seen an actual source on this. I have seen people say credits gained in multiplayer are actually based on score now. And they changed the campaign reward to reflect the cost of Iden Versio. Which is why the campaign reward was 20k in the first place

Last EA games I bought was COD Advanced Warfare which had a shitty 3 hr campaign, no zombies without dlc, and a bunch of dlc weapon packs for online play
I bought madden17 again shell of a franchise that just mails it in year after year and has done nothing to improve the game out side of MUT mode which is a pay for play system
Finally I rented 1st Battlefront which again outside of online gaming was a worthless, empty game. Even the basic gameplay mechanics weren't that great.
However all those games looked great. So EA graphics are still top notch.
However compared to Star Wars games I prefer virtually every other Star Wars title to exist ever. Rouge Squadron and Leader, Shadows of the Empire, KOTOR, Pod Racing, etc
As far as Madden, self explanatory they need 2K to compete with or they will just run that monopoly system all day
And COD has seen better days. It really wasn't that long ago that me and my fdriends were geeking out over COD4, Black Ops etc

Nothing in that article states anything about them changing multiplayer credits. Thats about the only problem I have with buying the game. Characters(etc.) are always locked behind stuff in games. They have been forever. I dont make as much of a big deal about the Lootcrates. If somebody wants to buy lootcrates to get ahead in the game more power to them but I highly doubt the number of people I run into that spent more than 20$ on crates is more than 15% of the population. I could be wrong about that though

If you're buying Call of Duty for the campaign you're not doing your research.
Posted on 11/13/17 at 8:11 pm to Greace
That is why people love switch.
Franchises mean you shouldn't have to do research

I doubt it. EA's big shooter franchise is Battlefield, a direct competitor with COD. Not sure that would make sense.

People buy them for the MP, for sure, but they've had some good campaigns. Infinite Warfare, for all the crap it got, had a really good single player. The first two Modern Warfare campaigns are classics. I mean, you're not going to get a 15 hour trip out of them, but they're usually not mail-ins.

Are you being snarky?
That sounded snarky.

Ehh I havent touched a CoD in years and when I did I never touched the campaigns. If you're wanting shooter campaigns theres definitely better games out there for it
