Which is what is in my OP.

But rape, molestation cases and a whole host of sex crime convictions have come without physical evidence. Yes, evidence is a big helper in determining guilt, but witness statements are also forms of evidence. There are 4 different women, as of today. Timing suspect? Weiner would say the same.

What does timing have to do with hard physical evidence AND admitting to the crime?

The comparison with Weiner is pretty awful. If it was me, I would argue Jeremy Piven, as he's been ostricized with very little evidence.
