Melrose Place is a nice old Baton Rouge neighborhood with 50's and 60's mostly ranch style house on large lots and is predominately black but very well kept and active HOA. I don't blame them one bit and as one said this should be in dilapidated areas.

They're racist right?

I mean wouldn't the media force feed this story to us if they were a predominantly white neighborhood??

The neighborhood is nice. The school is a dumpster fire. I worked there for 3 months, and it is part of the reason I moved out of BR.
