He is searching for any talking point that is critical of President Trump. He does not understand anything he is posting about. You could literally summarize everyone of his posts as “Trump bad.”

The judge is derelict in his duties if he mentions factors that influenced his decision. He does not control them. He should solely focus solely on the legal aspects of the case. And they were clear.

If so the judge appears to still be in the wrong. If he declared a mistrial or overturned a verdict handed out by a jury because of Trump’s tweets I might could get that. Is the judge saying he commuted the sentence because he didn’t like what Trump said?
