Mornin' Gophers.

Anyone have both/tried both of these? What are differences/similarities? I've never tried a Bettinardi. currently have a Del Mar that I seem to be rolling decent.

Scotty doesn't have any balanced face putters.

Putters are so dependent on the users preference it's hard to say which one is better.

I use a Newport 2 and a friend of mine showed me his new Bettinardi BB series putter and I preferred the feel of my Cameron over the Bettinardi.

I've heard Bettinardi is a really solid brand that has great reviews and is cheaper than a Cameron.

Whatever you make more putts with.

Love my Betti. Great balance, feel, and look.

Newport 2 for life

Until I get strong again and want to go more straight back and through - but I am not strong because of medical issues - so my putter swing gets a little rounded - the Newport 2 flows with that very, very well.

That's it. I use a bb54. 35" center shaft. Love it. Rotate it with a spider. I do own a scotty golo. Makes a nice paper weight

ding ding. one of the best putters I saw around my area used an old Cleveland designed by that looked like the Gentle Ben and could make a ton of putts with it. I couldn't make a 3 footer with it.

I have 4 various Camerons that I have bought over the years but I use a Bettinardi Studio Stock 7

If I miss a putt under 20 feet with my SS7 it will damn sure be close.

Surprisingly, the old Ping app that you could put on your phone and the clip you bought was really good at telling you what style putter is best for you and was really good at helping you with tempo.

I use to have a fastback and I couldnt give it away. I picked up a Del Mar that had heavier head weights in the ports and that's made a world of difference. Really want to roll a Bettinardi but cant find any around here. Thanks for the replies fellas.

Looks to me like Camerons are actually a little cheaper - almost all are $380, as opposed to Bettinardis for $400

Didn't know that, just what I had heard. Haven't been in the putter market for a while so really haven't looked into them. Kind of surprising though.
