You had a Cuban on a majority white team whose best two players are Venezuelan and Puerto Rican mocking a Japanese guy whose manager is half black, half Japanese and whose best hitter looks like Erik the Red.

I don't think diversity was the problem here!

It's The Great Scam when the rulemakers set up rules that enrich themselves when other people break their rules.

It's the most brilliant scam I've ever seen.

You'd probably be very upset, as I was, to discover where so much of the money goes that the U.S. government receives as fines from businesses.

We need to block out two of every ten seats for blacks on each row. Two of every twenty seats on each row for orientals, and one of every three in Texas for Hispanics????

Would that diversify the crowd?

I know. So many Hispanics. Maybe this diversity charity can get more non-Hispanics to go to Astros games, and while they're at it, more whites to play in the NBA.

Sounds like the Obama slush fund. Take money from the wealthy and send to our political friends. Give that damn money to hurricane victims regardless of their race, religion or political affiliation.

So a Cuban insults an Asian means let's give some money to some black race pimps.

I was in a meeting once of about 40 people from at least 10 different countries of origin getting lectured by a white guy about how the company needed more "diversity".

That was a month after a meeting led by a different white guy on the same subject to the same audience.

This was a credit card company that makes a large chunk of its money charging ridiculous fees to the "subprime" (i.e. disporportionately minority) market.

I only stayed about 3 months, don't know if they do that all the time.

Uhhh, I think you meant Japanese-Iranian. It was really insensitive of you to disavow his Persian ethnic heritage like that. I think you should pledge two weeks of your white privileged salary to Iranian diplomatic peace efforts.

I believe everyone who ignored Tiger Woods' Asian half or Barack Obama's white half is very racist.

Oh,they LOOK black so that is what they are! I get FULL sanctimony points for gushing about anything they do.
