Black people, unique among the races, have carved out dispensations for themselves. They are essentially the children of America, held to a lesser standard, absolved of their responsibility to each other and the larger culture, and beholden only to their parents - white Progressive Democrats- who give them an allowance to keep them in line.

The rest of us have to observe the social contract.
