Scummy Spurs fans throws piss into West Ham section

The man was sat in the Tottenham end at Wembley and launched the cup towards the nearby West Ham section, but most of its contents appear to have landed on his fellow Spurs fans.
A Metropolitan police spokesman confirmed to MailOnline that Scotland Yard are investigating the incident.
