Going to a chili cookout in the neighborhood this afternoon. Does your neighborhood do get togethers like this?

I've been working my tits off on this pork shoulder since I got off work yesterday. Seven hours smoked and sixteen in the oven. Wife did a green bean casserole. Neighbors made Mac and cheese and wine Dago dessert. Bout to eat now actually.
