No bullshite, the public defenders in EBR are pretty good when it comes to first offense DWI.

This is probably not the place to go with this. Probably want to keep this thing kind of quiet. I'd request this deleted.

Waste of money to get a lawyer for your first offense

Just do the pretrial intervention the court will offer

Glynn Delatte Jr. - former Trooper and very good but expensive. Use if you need it thrown out due to work circumstances (i.e. a conviction gets you fired).

Jamey Rothkamm - great attorney and does a ton of cases in City Court. Less expensive. Use this guy if you want to plea it down / get it changed to a Reckless Op and pay your fines, go to the classes, etc.

It's cheaper to do the pre-trial intervention program.

I don't have any firsthand experience with this but give me some time to consult with my good buddy Walt and I'll get back to you

I see my good buddy has already offered his advice. I hope it works out for you and they don't revoke custody of your kids.

No need for a lawyer for your first if you are clean (no serious record) and competent (dress decent and act polite).
