I've noticed my ball sack gets saggier as the day goes on. Anyone else have this phenomenon?

You need some data to support this. You should take measurements every hour for several days and chart the results.

Nuts sag the older you get just like titties. I saw 60+ old balls before! One of the funniest and craziest things I have ever seen. From base to the tip of nutsack was probably 8-10 inches long lol

Your sack chords are probably getting jerked out of the inside of your body and the extra slack is allowing your balls to descend more.
