Need advice filing a FEMA Claim

I’m filling out a personal contents spreadsheet for a FEMA insurance claim from Harvey. Any advice would be appreciated, I have over 800 entries and getting the age and prices are getting to be a daunting task.

If you don't know, Google the items. That's what the adjusters do.
