Where Does the First Amendment Guarantee you a Stage and a Microphone?

Freedom of Speech gives you a voice and no one can take that away from you. But it doesn't guarantee you a stage and a microphone. Why do people think this? You don't have a right to force people to listen. You have a right to speak your voice. No one else has to care and no one else has to spend money to make sure you get a chance to speak.

Publicly funded University.
Either they allow anyone to speak or no one to speak. No in between.

You should have a right not to get your arse beat for speaking or listening to somebody speak though

Everyone will agree with this, until you tell them it means nobody is obligated to host their website.

It guarantees you the right to speak -with certain limitations- but it does not guarantee that others must listen.

What is a clip?

It doesn't. Bump stocks should be illegal. Even Texas congressman are saying so. TEXAS! I'm not a fan of extended mags either.

This.
I suspected this is what he was getting at and that he didn't really understand the issue involved. I was right in my suspicion.

It doesn't. It just says ownership shall not be infringed.

A&Ms rule is that a student organization has to host you. If you are affiliated with a student group, they invite you to speak. Otherwise, you have no purpose speaking here because there isn't anyone that wants to listen. That makes perfect sense and doesn't infringe on anyone's rights.

magazine, sorry
Where it says, "shall not be infringed."

It's right next to the separation of church and state line.
It's not there.

If you think bump stocks should be legal, you are a tool who is intentionally trying to stay divided on a common sense issue.

Nope. There are no limitations on FOS. It's just that your FOS doesn't trump someone else's property rights.
