I've said O strikes me as an untrustworthy or slimy person from the get go. He just comes off the wrong way for me.
I COULD be wrong, impressions and stuff, but his mannerisms, how he talks, all very insincere.

Perfect description. Everyone who works for a living knows THAT guy. Way worse than a dumb arse.
