It's not all that complex. It's pretty exhaustive and long. The Code sections themselves, though, arent all that complex. The grey areas that get litigated don't matter to 99.9 percent of the population. He income tax is probably the most efficient and fair way to determine if things are being spread around "fairly".

Well, we're discussing the impact on the wealthiest of Americans, of which the complexities of the tax code come into play much more than for you or I.

Well, me at least. You could be rich for all I know.
