Puerto Rico Power Company is $ 9 Billion in Debt and Bankrupt

The funds certainly did not go into maintenance and upgrading system. Whose Administration you are going to blame when the bankruptcy petition was filed on July 2, 2017.

Because they were devastated by a major hurricane and it takes a lot of time to come back from that?
