You don't get to tell them how to protest. That's not how this works
Stop whining.
Stop whining.

Elevate your reading comprehension, pendejo. I'm not telling them how to protest. As long as their protest doesn't infringe upon the rights of others, they can do whatever they want.
That does NOT mean that I have to agree with their method of protest. That does NOT mean I have to remain silent if I disagree with said method or cause. Freedom of speech cuts both ways.

if you were in the stadium would you be looking at the flag during the anthem? If not, why?
Posted on 9/24/17 at 4:46 pm to TbirdSpur2010
Its a peaceful protest that doesn't disrupt the game. I don't see the big deal personally.

You should be happy knowing that a couple of teams kept the teams in the locker room during the anthem like in college
Thats a smart call.
That's what I've been saying. Why overtly piss off paying customers? Even if you think the customers are wrong? Just seems silly and bad business

That's your prerogative. I take issue with the protest, of course, but it's not going to affect whether I watch a football game or not. I decide that

The vicious circle

Any lib posting on this board about the right whining like children must not have been conscious since November 8th of last year. Get back to me when the right forms a thug group like Antifa.

Wait, why is his protest less valid than theirs?

I was always more of a traditionalist. I watch my Cowboys and my Texans if I can, and maybe one other game if I'm being lazy that day but I'm usually in the midst of something more pressing going on.
And I only played fantasy like one season and I didn't like it so I quit

Exactly the cause of the downturn of the Democrat Party

Yeah the owners should retaliate against people who complain about racial discrimination.
What discrimination? Affirmative action? The fact that a minority has a better chance to get into a university than a Caucasian? Or that you get paid millions to play a game that you love?
My heart breaks to see my country this divided, but that's what is meant to happen with identity politics. I voted for Trump and would gladly again, but I don't know why he had to say the thing the Way that he did. I also don't understand kneeling when black on the black crime, and the welfare state are the two biggest things holding blacks down. It's not police brutality or the white man in any way (unless I'm reverting back to the welfare state issue).
I have to take the good with the bad. I like that Trump speaks plainly about many things, but I also want him to be unifying. Obama was the most divisive president in history, I don't want Trump to be misunderstood to be like Obama in that regard.

I would love if Trump's next tweet would be that he was wrong. That after doing a little research that he wants to thank those kneeling in reverence to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. That on the Day of the Lord so many professional athletes are worshipping. It's encouraging that they are all supporting their faith.

I'm just tired of the constant platform for political beliefs in non political situations. The players and NFL provide a product that customers pay for. Their political beliefs aren't part of that product and, in fact, make the product less enjoyable.

I agree! Liberals never consider the consequences of their actions beyond those at the end of the day. Tomorrow, NFL ratings fall...profit falls...new contract values for new and existing players fall...and so on. The owners are watching the people they pay millions of dollars to play a game destroy their business. How did these owners get so rich in the first place?
