Looking very forward to a little cool weather, I've been baking in New Orleans all summer.
Thanks for all the recs so far.
I'm a beer guy but will happily drink cocktails. We're mostly looking for a relax trip with good booze and food. We're also big oyster fans and I've heard there are a lot of bars that do $1 oysters Deals during the week. Any recs for good oyster places would be great as well.
Also, looking any places that do good happy hours for drinks on Thursday and fridays and the best place to booze in Fenway before the Sox game.

Let me start with the bad news: there is no happy hour in Boston. It's illegal in the state of Massachusetts to discount drinks. It's easily the worst part about this place.
