Still a very cool store. Wish I could have back all the money I spent in there on booze, food, watermelon, and pipe fittings

Back in the 70's I worked on a tug boat that hauled crude oil in the basin and land side I can tell yall stories about the town of Pierre part that are not currently politically correct to tell.

That's not a Jambalaya pot
If you can't cook Jambalaya in that pot then you have bigger issues to worry about
I've made jambalaya in a coffee can over an open fire while camping in the woods before...
it's what you make of it and your skills that overcome the subtle differences of cooking pots.
I've seen it made in a giant cane kettle...doesn't mean it cant produce a good jambalaya easily.
Labels on pots are just mincing words

I've cooked many quick easy throw together jambalayas in a rice pot and all manor of things in the woods. But for special events and family gatherings it's fun to drag out the ole back iron.

It has nothing to do with whether you can cook a jambalaya in a dutch oven or not. The OP asked for a Jambalaya pot, you can cook one in a magnalite pot, but he wasn't asking for one.
