Oh, it's inconvenient for them so they shouldn't worry about it? It's a long process for anyone, yet people that really want to be citizens follow the law and do it.

I'd return to the USA and wait for the court date. Then, I'd re-enter the country legally and attend the hearings.

That's cute. Except that has NOTHING to do with what he said.

He questioned how a foreigner can be a plaintiff at all in the US. Not where a plaintiff awaits their trial.

Does an Executive Order count as a law to be tried on the grounds of being constitutional?

Absolute ignorance.
Not to be mean, but ANYONE stupid enough to sue at present, does not deserve the legal rewards Trump has set them up for.

For the 683rd time: We desperately need "loser pays" in this country.

It took me and a few other US citizens 2 years to collect enough signatures to put an initiative ordinance on the SF ballot to change the law so I don't see why Dreamers or anyone else who wants to be in the USA legally complain because the process to become a US citizen takes 2 years.

There is a reason for that and it has nothing to do with race

Right. I just answered your question though.

Is what I would do the same as what illegals are doing?

What question? The rhetorical one I asked because his comment was too stupid to believe?

I think a liability case and the case this thread about have some distinctions worth noting.

Should I be able to sue the UK for squatting in their country when they tell me to frick off and get out?

Would that not have been a better question?

You're lost, friend. You clearly didn't follow the string of posts because you are going way off the reservation.

I don't mind your ad homs.

It bothers me not.

I would argue that is more arrogance than ignorance. It's like the illegals draped in Mexican flags taunting Americans.

Where's when you need them?

Ad Homs? Ha. Except I'm not arguing with you. We're not even on opposing sides on this issue.

You're just randomly making a point based on a post you didn't follow.

I did. It was too harsh and I don't dislike you as a poster so I realized the onus was on me to take a chill pill.
