Best 3 or 4 day split

Evening baws.

I've been sick with mono and tonsillitis and had to take a break from working out for awhile. I've lost a good bit of weight during this time.

I was wondering what 3 or 4 day splits have worked for y'all? I have Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays available.

I like the greyskull lp or 5/3/1 programs prolly the best. In your case the greyskull lp would prolly be your best bet running it Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday. I have a long thread on here explaining the program.

Also this Thread will give you all kinds of ideas.

Push/Pull/Legs was best for me, better than any full body program I've done.

I do legs on Sunday - gives me as much time as I need and I can control my diet without any variation on Sunday.

Yeah that's what I'm leaning towards doing. I was doing a 5 day split before getting sick and loved it. I play softball on mondays and wednesdays now and would prefer to not lift those days.

I've been liking my program I made. It's pretty much full body everyday. Made some fantastic gains in strength.
