Nick Caserio for GM. He is their Director of Player Personell. He has been a hot name for awhile. And by all accounts it would take a very good offer to pry him away. Full power, money etc. Make the offer.

Matt Patricia, HC. An extremely smart, thoughtful guy. Has done a great job as the DC and is ready for the step up.

Jimmy G as QB. Throw as large a contract as you can on him and roll. I think he will be the real deal. To me, this is the least likely as I think the Patriots will do anything they can to keep him.

Obviously, there is 0% chance of all of this happening, but it's my wishlist.

I don't want Payton back because I have no faith in his choices for defensive coordinator anymore, and I'm tired of watching this unit get worse and worse year after year.

Don't take any players the Patriots are willing to let walk.

you forgot we also need 90% of the patriots players as well so its easier to just become a pats fan and your set already plus you are already bound to make the payoffs this year

He seems to get constantly interviewed. Are his D's that good?

This team has so many coaches with head coaching experience (Payton, Allen, Nolan, Johnson) yet this is the product we get.

This is where I disagree ..

The patriots are certainly good At scouting players, but they miss just like everyone else sometimes. The difference is the pats have a system that suits their personnel, and it doesn't matter if it's their first string or 4th string player, they have someone that can execute.

The saints try to stockpile talent or "best player available", and then when strief or armstead gets hurt, they have to change the entire offense because the next guy is a completely different type player

I see your point but you are ,missing that the difference is coaches who can and do adjust to the personnel and talent they have rather then depend on the personnel to have the talent to make the scheme work.

I think THAT is the key difference

so I guess you are right that I need to say we need 90% or the pats coaches rather then their players
