Schwab is also up there with AMEX.
I've never had an issue getting Schwab to take care of whatever I needed.

it's late 2017... I'm really surprised wireless handheld machines that the server brings to your table haven't caught on yet. I've seen it in a few places, but not many.
As long as customers don't demand them, no reason for places to spend the money on the tech.
