All I'm saying is - when the Rs go after liberal groups with the IRS - I don't want to hear a PEEP out of you motherfrickers on the left.

Deal?

It's almost like there was nothing to prosecute and you've just been duped by the conspiracy pushers of the right wing media...

reopening the criminal investigation would not be appropriate based on the available evidence.

So we should agree to not complain because the Republican hired, Republican promoted, incompetent Lerner wasn't prosecuted by the Republican DOJ? That's all on the Republicans.

That's pretty upsetting news. There are many who should be in jail for the IRS targeting. And just like Benghazi, these fricks get away with it.

The swamp is strong as shite.

This is a sad day for America

Lerner's emails erased, then backup tapes of the emails erased after being placed under subpoena, then discovered that IRS officials didn't even review them beforehand despite saying they would previously. Complete shitshow coverup.

And who ever pushed the delete key should be slammed. Of course, they are all tied together at the hip...so...the Deep State protects their own.

Rotten at it's core. It'll be a miracle if Trump can turn this around.

It really is amazing, isn't it?

IMO, this was the biggest scandal to come out of the Obama Administration. As someone who is waaaaaaaay on the opposite side of the spectrum from the Tea Party, I understand the threat of using govt to rig an election.

Once again we see the usual suspects cheering this on and mocking those who actually pay taxes and make this country run.

This is 100% truth.

While perhaps true, this is 100% irrelevant here.

Donald Trump can order his DOJ to proceed full steam ahead with indictments against Lerner first thing Monday morning. But he won't, because he has absolutely zero political or moral compass.

Trump may have been perfectly happy to yap about Lerner and the IRS for the sake of getting votes, but the cold reality is that he just doesn't give a shite.

One day, Trumpkins are going to figure out that Trump really doesn't give a shite about most of what's important to them.

This or any case against a dem would drag out ten years. The fact that The House oversight committee, headed by Trey Gowdy, still can't get the DOJ tor cooperate when it comes to...hell, anything. Same old shite as it was when Obama and Lynch were in charge as Chaffetz said...one of the reasons he resigned. You have the FBI saying "lack of public interest" as a reason for withholding Clinton's emails and documents. None of the people will ever be held accountable...unless there's an "R" next to your name. Then you have clowns like Mueller out looking for a crime to pin on Trump. The fact that Koskinen is still in charge of the IRS at this point is mid boggling...he flat out lied to Congress on numerous occasions. Still there.

Trump has the power to fire him today. He can fire Comey, but not Koskinen?

Oh, I know...the fact that some of these suspect Obama holdovers are still around is beyond me. He should have fired Comey ASAP, but didn't...waited and put him in a bad spot because his dumbass AG recused himself from anything "Russian". He fires Koskinen now the liberal media will spin it into something as they always do, "Koskinen was a strong man for standing up to congress...defended the long standing tradition of IRS values and is now a victim of Trump's continuation of hiding his tax returns he feared Koskinen would leak and reveal how He and Putin rigged the voting machines to steal the election from Hillary".
