TX has to be the leader in the clubhouse.
Plenty of land, center of US and 3 hour flight to anywhere in country, no state income tax, reasonable cost of living.
The Austin/San Antonio region i can see, maybe somewhere in between like a Buda or Kyle/San Marcos.
If DFW id have to say more on the FW side since Toyota and everything else has gone the route of the Dallas/Collin County side. I could see something near the TX Motor Speedway in Fort Worth. Amazon already has a MASSIVE distribution hub there.

Their money is fine, it's just the 50k lib voters they'll flood the area with that's the problem.
