Is the rescission of the DACA executive order racist?

I am/was a supporter of the DACA program. I do not opine as to whether its creation by executive order was unconstitutional. I hope legislation will pass establishing DACA by statute, and if not, I hope Trump will reinstate it by executive order. The Dreamers that came forward and signed on deserve to stay.
But I keep hearing statements that the rescission of the DACA executive order is racist. Are not white European dreamers affected by the DACA rescission? Moreover, my quick internet research shows that a large percentage of Hispanics, including those in the U.S., are white/Caucasian and identify as white. Others are descended from Mongoloids, and still others are a mix between European and indigenous peoples. The U.S. census does not list Hispanics or Latinos as a race identifier.
Thus, many of the Dreamers are white. How then is their removal racist? Is the DACA rescission racist if it affects whites and non-whites the same? Or is it racist because it affects many non-whites?

Does it specify a race in the language?
Sounds racist that progressives would assume that all dreamers are Mexican

Sounds racist than some people assume all Mexicans are not white, too.

Not their fault their parents brought them in illegally.

No, it's their parents' fault, but they're still illegal and need to go.

So, we should reward their parent's bad behavior? And what about the next round of "dreamers", do they get to stay and get a streamlined path to citizenship while others who wait in line and have to cut through all kind of red tape get shafted? Where does it end?

So they've been here for 20 years and haven't applied for citizenship? Is that their parents' fault as well?

The most anti-amnesty people you'll meet are the ones that went through the process to get their citizenship.

Americans are stupid and think all Mexicans look like Pedro the yard man.
In reality, there is a wealthy European ruling class made up of white people and some asians.
The only thing racist about the Mexican immigration issue is the Mexican whites encouraging the Indian majority to leave.
It's Apartheid, pure and simple.

That's how my family feels about it. They had to pay thousands of fees, had to have a citizen sponsor, had to have a job lined up, a place to live lined up, had to pass all kinds of tests and background checks, but someone that can just walk across the border gets to streamline all that because they enroll in school.
ETA: And forced to learn English.

It's racist if you are a Democrat. It's good common sense if you care about immigration policy in this country.

To apply for citizenship, you first have to obtain permanent or conditional residency status. To get permanent or conditional residency, you have to have legal status. That is what DACA was all about.
Thus, even those accepted under DACA since 2012 and given permanent or conditional residency have to wait 5 years before applying for citizenship. Five years from 2012 is 2017.
Obama offered a deal to the Dreamers. We should not go back on it to those who accepted IMO.
