Yes it needs to be declared to the masses. Or else ole miss level violations will occur. The season is not situational. Its do or die. U better have miss cleo helping out Austin Thomas or we are screwed

I hope not. Worse case scenario he comes in and lights it up. Then everyone will be calling for him to be the starter. Hell who am I kidding this is LSU fans we are talking about. it doesn't matter who the backup is he will always be better than the starter.
