I agree. It's a shame we've already given him about 30 scheduled rest days this year (yes, I'm exaggerating, but still). I'm so glad these rest days have kept us so fresh.

Looks like this team is ready to lay down and die.

That's it. Bring up white. Put yuli on the DL. Perhaps it's time to hire a new trainer.

I'm sure we'll get the same lip service from hinch tonight. These guys are professionals and there's no quit in them. We'll come out strong tomorrow. Blah blah blah.

It is becoming more and more obvious the team you're seeing today is closer to this team's true identity than the one you saw in the first few months.

As many K's looking we've had, you'd think they'd start swinging at some point.

But then again, maybe not

Letting shitty Andrew Cashner make it into the 8th inning is one of the sadder things I've seen this season.

Perez and Cashner have looked good as of late

However, if y'all let Nick Martinez look like a stud tomorrow then the wheels have officially come off

LMJ was ok tonight

5IP, 5H, 2ER, 1BB, 2K

Only concern I have is he's not striking anyone out anymore. Odd for a guy like him

ETA: only 60 pitches thougg

Ya'll catch the shot of Marwin? Arms folded and Head hung over the rail in the dugout. Pretty much sums up this series.
