I understand the frustration, but honestly, what would you like them to do/say? Technology today can't even predict rain in the next couple hours, but you expect accurate predictions of a strange hurricane and where it might go, flooding, etc?
This awkward path is a little unprecedented, and with all the wild development in the Houston area the past few years, no telling what will happen.
