I kid....You should take the advice of the fella who suggested you change your flight to Baton Rouge. The airlines are supposed to be flexible with that.

Why wouldn't NRG be playable? Not enough popcorn? Not enough booze for Tiger fans? What realistic scenario could you give me that would force this game to be played anywhere else?...
How do you feel about your comment now, i guess when you say WackyChris it is because you are a wacky a-hole

O.M.F.G. My flight into Houston is Thursday. I don't have an ark. STOP RAINING!! /end rant
You just as soon cancel that flight and get a flight into baton rouge or NOLA because im thinking there is a 90% chance it is played between one of those two....Houston has water up to the interstate exit signs and over the traffic lights, that amount of water isnt going to just move out soon as the rain ends

We will be fine here in Houston. This game is not being played for another week and a half. I live off of 59 in downtown and the last two major flooding events we were not all that affected. Roads flooded, yes, but it was business as usual within a day or two. Definitely isn't going to stop a football game

I'll keep it 100, boy was I wrong. My stupid arse just knew I'd still be leaving work early on Friday and driving to Houston. But at least my 5hr trip on I-10 turned into a 5min trip on I-10. Wish this didn't happen to Houston though and the game was there. Bless them, looks scary out there.

In case they delete their posts.... ridiculous. You should all never come back. We should also post a list of everyone who downvoted OP. I don't think there's enough crow to go around...

Officials from ESPN, LSU, and BYU all announced Monday night that the season opener between the Tigers and the Cougars has been moved to the New Orleans Superdome due to severe flooding in Houston.
I guess those guys didn't read this thread.

Thanks for posting those, medic. The real difference in Houston and NOLA in regards to their respective storms, is that Harvey did exactly as the experts predicted.
