I think most understand the reasons why. But it doesn't make a season ticketholder feel any better when they are shelling out big money for a crappy home slate.
I'd probably be complaining too if I still had my season tickets.

Doing it every couple of seasons is acceptable especially if it gives us some legit matchups. The "home and home" with Wisky was a lot of fun and the fans we met in Houston were great (and how many times do you get to see LSU play in Lambeau?)
But BYU in Houston? TCU in Dallas? Who cares. Would much rather see those games in Tiger Stadium. Texas is gonna be awesome.
I mean, I wouldn't trade the memories of Virginia Tech at home for anything. That was such an awesome atmosphere with a freakin ton of people on campus.
