Investigators watched the cameras in the video visitation room for Aug. 11 and saw the victim at the machine, putting money on her husband's account. When she went to leave, she dropped a red debit card. The video showed Waller pick up the card and try to use it to put money on her boyfriend's account.
During the visit with her boyfriend, she held up the card and told him a lady dropped it. He told her to use it to put money on his account. She then left OCC with the card. On Thursday, Waller returned to OCC for a video visit.
A deputy contacted her at the video visitation building and informed her of her Miranda rights, which she reportedly waived verbally.
There's a lot going on here
