I'm not defending xpress, but I've been keeping any eye on the market for about two years now, and every big aluminum maker has some of these stories out there. It's the nature of welding aluminum and the internet, people are much more likely to write about a bad experience than a good one. With the sheer number of xpress boats in south LA alone it would be talked about a lot more if it was a pattern and only xpress's problem.

as I said earlier, you can get a custom, better built boat for cheaper. xpress and xcel are the two builders with weld problems and shitty customer service.
