Baton Rouge concrete work

I know we had a recent thread about this, but I can't find it. I'm looking to add A brick ledge to the side of the house, a small foundation and several other projects and need some recommendations. Someone mentioned they knew a guy that did good work at a good price, think they said something about him bieng and old guy and wears a cowboy hat. Any other recommendations would be great also.
