To be fair, finding hydromorphone in his urine test does not necessarily mean he used dilaudid (hydromorphone). Vicodin (hydrocodone) is broken down in the body to the active metabolite of hydromorphone which is the main mechanism in which it causes pain relief.

Anyone know much about tramadol?

I'm guessing it is the minor leagues compared to some of the stuff being discussed, just wondering if there are any experiences with it.

Yeah but its Tiger freaking Woods we are talking about. The guy clearly doesn't play in the minors with his drugs. You may be right, but at this point who doubts he doesn't play with the heaviest hitters out there?

Synthetic opiate. Pretty crappy if you are just trying to get high.Kratom is a better, legal option. As for actual theraputic use IDK.

Nashram is right. You would need to review the test results to determine if he took dilaudid. Hydromorphone is a minor metabolite of hydrocodone. If the ng/ml reading for hydromorphone was close to equaling or over the hydrocodone reading, it would be a good indication that he was taking dilaudid and hydrocodone. Pretty dangerous combination. Not to even mention the xanax and ambien positives.

Also, opioids remain present in your urine for up to 72 hours. Xanax and most other benzodiazepines remain up to five days. Ambien's detection time is much shorter - only up to a day.

I was on alphabet soup narcotics (Narcos, Vicodin, Percocet, lortab) when I had surgery and I didn't notice anything different with tramadol. Even had demoral, too. Could have been that I was just too drugged up to notice

Another possibility is marinol of which THC is a component.

It's an anti-nausea drug commonly given to patients who are either undergoing chemo or have AIDS. If he got that legally then he's more messed up than any of us realize.

The poster earlier mentioning fentynal he received in an IV by paramedics and it being 'orgasmic', he really really doesn't want to try and pain medication that is actually euphoric like heroin. Because fent just screws you up and gets you stupid loaded, not 'high'

I said "bliss". I don't have enough experience with this to compare and contrast, but I stand by what I said, and it is consistent with abudant anecdotal evidence. LINK

The article didn't mention any muscle relaxants in his system. That's the only variety of drug that rendered me completely unable to move, and for like 12 hours. The name of the drug escapes me.

My question would be, are all of those not illegal to drive on individually? What the hell does he mean by 'combination'? You shouldn't be driving on xanax, ambien, etc. just by themselves. In a combination should be illegal as frick and his arrest video is a perfect example.

If he was on 2 at a time even, that's still one of the dumbest excuses ever.

That's like saying I was only a little high and a little drunk, not really drunk or really high. I didn't realize the combination of the two would hit me so hard.
