He's not DeShaun Watson but he's good. One thing to keep in mind is that entire team at Purdue was terrible. The receivers, the OL, the defense.....

To come here and play against far greater talent and keep his composure, speaks a lot about him, IMO.

No. You redshirt one. You have to separate them or one will transfer.

He's average to above average. No one is saying that he's great. Average/above average is a hell of a lot better than what we're used to.

quote:

must we forgot that he was third string at Purdue

Started 12 games over 2 years. Appleby also transferred from Purdue. Him being a 3rd string at Purdue and starting at LSU now shows the type of talent he is.

quote:

His passes come out all wobbly and to high

Gross mischaracterization. Yes, some passes are high, and yes some passes are wobbly. Saying they ALL come out wobbly and high is just plain wrong. And what does it matter any way if it wobbles? As long as the ball is on target it doesn't matter what it looks like going through the air.

quote:

Brennan and Narcisse throws a nice tight spiral and a more catchable ball.

This doesn't make them in any way a better QB than Etling. Brandon Harris also threw tight spirals at high velocity.

quote:

Its just the thought of them being Freshman in the SEC thats holding them back.

No, it's that there's a guy named Danny Etling that's better than both of them who has played 3 years of college football compared to their 0. Neither of them are Deshaun Watson or Jalen Hurts.

Every year it's the same thing with a certain portion of the LSU fanbase. Backup QB this, backup QB that. Brandon Harris @ Auburn in 2014 is what happens when you put a true freshman in before they're ready. The same goes for when Jarrett Lee played in 2008. Etling is the guy and will be the guy barring injury or unforeseen regression (unlikely).

Narcisse always has RB as an option if he doesn't develop. You can redshirt both.

His arm strength and accuracy has stood out. Him and Drake Davis seem to be on the same page, it's his go to receiver, When he throws the ball its always on stride.

I want what you are smoking man. Everybody says Danny Etling looks to be a lot better than he was last year since his back surgery.

Brennan, on the other hand, got two plays with the ones Saturday, and both were hand offs. Now he got the bulk of the plays with the twos and the other backups got only two or three snaps a piece. However, this is not because Myles is better than Danny Etling or everyone else, but instead, so Myles can hurry up and learn the offense so he can catch up with the rest of the other quarterbacks.

Meanwhile, if Drake Davis is Myles’ go to receiver, then he is going to have a very hard time I’m afraid, as other than kick returner, he’s not close to making the playing rotation. Coach O says he is a very good athlete, but his problem is he only played two years of football. So, one day, when he learns how to run routes accurately and to consistently catch the ball, he will be a very good football player for us. Until then though don't expect to see him on the field except to field and return kicks.

Somebody is obviously pulling your leg, just like you pulled everybody’s leg on the coaching change board.

LN might take a redshirt only because his knee. He could be the starter next year. He has sick arse talent.
If he had sick arse talent Canada would have seen it by now and you'd be hearing about him from O's practice reports.

He doesn't have the passing accuracy as of yet to see the field.

His 2 knees have nothing to do with that...........

Considering his size, I believe Narcisse could always become an F back in Canada's new offense.

Yeah that too.

And I'd like to take this post to drive the point home concerning Etling and Brennan (not to you, Space Cowboy):

Brennan is closer to Narcisse than he is to Etling. Simple as that.

Another team in the SEC west started a true freshman at QB last year and it worked out good. Why not at LSU.
Hurts is at least 20-25 pounds heavier than MB and is playing behind the Bama OL.

Drake Davis... LOL.

Because you've always been so accurate in the past. I clicked just to see what nonsense would be posted.

I'm sorry but I believe you have lost pretty much all credibility with any type of inside info.
