I think weve established being a white nationalist, regardless of whether or not you hate other ethnic groups or not, is the worst political sin one can commit..murder, rape, theft, corruption, lying can all be forgiven but stand in the way of politicians attempting to erase history for cheap political points is a banishable offense.
Sen Gardner, the base will be banishing you and your ilk soon from the party for lying about wanting to repeal Obamacare and implement tax reform and protecting the borders from free loaders.

Oh really? Identity politics got Trump elected
If you're arguing a lot of moderate Dems stayed home because they felt betrayed by their party I can see it.
If you mean Trump is somehow into identity politics... yeah that's a bad argument.

I voted for Trump, but I definitely think Trump set up an "us vs. them" situation, particularly with regard to Hispanics, and I'd say that is pretty close to identity politics.
And before you make the argument that it was just with regard to illegal immigration, consider his comments about the judge. Regardless, just because there is a non-identity factor doesn't mean he's not trying to gain an advantage by using identity politics, which he very likely was.

This thread is so full of Prog failure it should be embarrassing, but I know it isn't. Lying is part of the process.

Yeah you voted for TRUMP, after being one of the biggest NeverTrump Cucks on the board.
TRUMP hasn't set up an "us vs. them" situation. That was set up by eight years of Obama.

The "Southern Strategy" is a Marxist deconstruction of American politics that seeks to alleviate the Democratic Party of it's historical responsibility for slavery, Jim Crow etc-and transfer it onto the Republican Party who opposed slavery and Jim Crow. It only works in Prog circle jerks. Educate yourself.
Oppression is bad. If you further it through your vote, you will eventually have to answer for it.
Parties can't control how people feel when they vote, or what's on their mind

White nationalists can't be part of GOP base
Dems sure as hell aren't purging themselves of the hateful groups in their base. Why should the GOP?

With all due respect, frick Cory Gardner for saying this.
Who the hell is he to tell innocent Americans what they can and cannot support including him if they fit in some kind of ideological box?
White nationalists have every right to vote for him and the GOP if they're so inclined to do so if they support his policies.
That doesn't mean he has to accommodate his beliefs to what he finds detestable but he can frick off saying a group of Americans can't be part of a political base.

The GOP needs the alt right more than the alt right needs the GOP.

Republicans still don't get it. They're still playing by the left's rules.
This kind of virtue signaling is not going to win you converts from progs or like minded independents and only cause strife and in fighting for the party.
Just put a statement like Trump did last night, STFU, and move on.

Exactly right. Spot on.

Trump didn't create white identity politics and white identity politics isn't going away with Trump. White people are going to be the minority in most of the country in our lifetimes. That is the reality. And when whites are the minority, they are going to vote and organize like a minority group.

I'm not trying to piggy back off your discussion with the dude that's clearly having a bad day. I just thought I'd add that trump still got 30% of the Latino vote in the general which is utterly insane considering some of the talk he used. I only wanted to bring this up considering the comment you made above, I don't think it's had that much of an impact on Hispanics as you think.
(W got 40%
Reagan 35%
Those are the highest for a GOP candidate.)

Because you can't let white supremacists carry your message. That's going to happen if Trump doesn t shut it down.

Dude, Trump didn't even refer to BLM, SJWs, antifa by name at all during the campaign even though he had every incentive to do so and was a free shot.
Until Obama started using the Presidency as bully pulpit to single out groups of Americans, statements like Trumps last night and the aforementioned practice during the campaign was always how it's done.
