Not yet, we're in the preliminary stages of deciding our next move. There's so little new construction in Mandeville in the Mandeville school district that we're considering just building. We'd be looking at around 3,000 sq ft

Assuming you mean the pontchartrain elementary/ Mandeville high district? A hood like Woodstone would be 160-200s/f 'ish. If you buy a lot in an older subdivision I'd say $125-150 s/f.
