Yeah, that location has been on the decline for quite some time.
Last time I got a to go order there I had to wait almost 10 mins for the person up front to ring me up because half the wait staff was putting in orders for themselves. Pissed me off.

I went a few weeks back and did notice it has fallen off quite a bit in the past 6 months . I went for lunch on a weekday and it was nearly empty when it used to be slammed nearly every day at similar times. Service was meh and the food seems to have gotten worse as well.
