The Republic Tower in Dallas is worse that the prior Dallas entry, pretty sure the "horn" was a cheat to make it the tallest when built.
Somebody already posted FBI hdqtrs.
There is a really ugly low rise in Irving on 114 at MacArthur but I don't know the name
edit to add: other two in the pic are not prizes either, think at least one is in the same complex

That building is my least favorite in NYC. Too tall and skinny with no redeemable quality. The architectural version of a chick who wanted a 12" cock but got the skinniest one ever, and was not satisfied.
