No shite Sherlock. And if you read some of my post, you'd realize I know taxes on pot would not be enough to get rid of income taxes... I'm far from being a pot head, haven't smoked weed in a long time, but some of you Refer Madness believers need to stop being paranoid about weed... lol.
I was a smoker back in the mid 70s through 1986. Gave it up after I got married in 1987.

Apparently you're quite liberal. Just because you're afraid being called a liberal doesn't make you a conservative. It doesn't get more liberal than "tax the shite out of it".
False choices not withstanding.

ou've obviously never heard of a vaporizer.
Edibles are not ideal and are usually the cause of mj-realted hospital visits.
Over a decade ago... get with the program. It's about not inhaling anything. Don't have kids and learning curve was prolly before you were born. Thanks for the warning, don't partake anymore, but would go back to growing if legal. And yes it'd be ideal for me.
eta change: consume =/= partake

Ever see cocain getting processed?
It also causes vasospasms... Ask Len Bias... Oh wait...!
I've seen some documentary on it on YouTube. It explains why cocaine smells kind of like gasoline.

That's it dude you're a friggin genius, you outed me as a liberal cause I want to legalize and tax weed of all things...
Awesome post, will bookmark...
No two ways about it, we're going to be taxed. If you had a choice, would you want a sin tax on luxuries like weed, tobacco and alcohol or your personal income and property taxed...?

Cucks in the GOP will vote against it.

It really isn't, though. It could easily be a by-product from police patrolling low-income areas (because that's where the majority of the crime occurs). That, combined with the inability for low-income individuals to hire good legal help, means higher incarceration rates.

I mean I don't care, really. Making drugs illegal is a waste of effort. Only culture can instill the values to not use drugs. Laws are ineffective. Regardless of how weed and cocaine are processed, they both can be fun and thus there is demand for both.

They don't get busted as much because they're typically more cautious when they engage in illegal activities.

Let's throw in prostitution while we're at it and put a 10% national sales tax on it so we can all go frick for our country. All tax revenue goes towards paying off the national debt. I'll do my part and wave a flag at the same time. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconcool.gif)

I'm on board with this as well.
Brothels were accepted and legitimate businesses for most of our country's history

Why not. It would help curb sex trafficing.

I guarantee the majority of these convictions aren't the products of raids, but rather people being completely careless while in possession, smoking in their car, etc.

I so wish it was legalized. I'd much rather toke up than drink.

And I'm saying that these black and low income people getting busted for weed are typically getting busted as secondary or tertiary charges. No one is raiding dorms for possession of an ounce nor are they raiding houses in the hood for and ounce either.

Well, one group is actively in school pursuing a degree to be functioning members of society. Others are chillin outside the local gas station slinging out of cd cases.
Also, raids happen all the time around lsu. I know several people who have been popped for bars, weed, coke, etc. Stop trying to pull a race card.
