This is why you Trumpsters hated Obama so much. But he is so much smarter than Trump it's laughable.

You remember the Bergdahl swap?...now STFU....idiot. Unless you can rationalize it. Once again...it was the liberal media and a teleprompter that made the village idiot seem smart to dumbasses like you.

Dems twist words to invoke an emotional reaction. Not a new tactic. You can always find the fake republicans on here by that metric.

And Butowsky nows says he "was kidding" when he mentioned Trump.

No one supports the claim that Trump knew anything about the Seth Rich story in advance much less urged the story on.

You didn't read the article linked in the OP.....

Or, perhaps, not everyone who disagrees with you falls into the category of "redneck Fox News disciples". Perhaps rational people say "this is nothing" every single day because none of these stories ever mean anything, or amount to anything other than innunendo. The 24 hr news cycle survives on making trivial things BREAKING NEWS. I'm sorry there is a portion of us who see directly through that
The real breaking part of this story is the email and voice record trail that will allow the Rich family to follow with their own lawsuit. I think Wheeler knows that is coming and is trying to cover his own butt.

in a thread in which is discusses a story about how republicans actively pushed a conspiracy theory (all conspiracy theories are based off emotional reactions), this might be my favorite comment

I did.

I, like any rational person, just laughed at the "lol I was just joking" defense

Also not breaking news. Good for his family if they get whatever they are after. But why is this lawsuit relevant at all?

Because it's glossed over headline creates a hashtag that constitutes a Twitter victory over Trump. And nothing more.

The man behind the lawsuit: Rod Wheeler

Wheeler, a 57-year-old former Washington, D.C., homicide detective, had been part of the Metropolitan Police Department from 1990 to 1995, when he was dismissed, according to the agency. His New York City-based attorney, Douglas Wigdor, says Wheeler was fired for insubordination after his urine tested positive for trace amounts of marijuana.

At the point he meets with Butowsky, Wheeler has been a paid contributor to Fox News for more than 11 years and has been actively and unsuccessfully seeking greater exposure on the network, according to the suit.

He was the guy who inserted himself into the investigation. What damages has he suffered that weren't self inflicted?
Correct, not only did he insert himself, he started the entire Seth Rich deal and originally said he saw Seth Rich's laptop of DNC emails.

A few days ago, he tweeted that Awan was tied to Seth Rich.

Follow the arrest of Awan closely. Connect the dots to "other" cases. (hint, hint) Just the beginning. Stay tuned.

He was either

A) a honeypot complete set-up of entrapment for the supposed BIG SCOOP of NPR to do this as a twisted way of taking down Trump, Sean Hannity, Fox News, encasing them in scandal-- at the very least...

B) will be suddenly robbed with nothing missing or fostercided. His twitter is quiet.

I want to feel vindicated but it's honestly like being right arguing with a 3 year old. I'm almost more disappointed in myself that I enabled this conspiracy theory by even telling people how stupid it was and debating that. Anyways what's next on the list of insane poliboard talking points?

well I think the POTUS actively coordinating with news agencies to push conspiracy theories should be relevant

You're the king of trite expressions even when they don't apply to the situation.

I haven't moved any goal posts. If complaints are always factual, why do so many of them get dismissed or judged to be incorrect by judges and juries?

Contrary to this thread's title, there is no supporting information that Trump knew about the Seth Rich story in advance nor did he encourage the story to distract from the "muh Russians" bull shite. Prove me wrong.

They aren't mutually exclusive. Both CNN and Fox are terrible news channels in their own right. Both spend the entire day with some nameless panel of faces jerking off to each other about some topic they all agree on. Neither of them report the news or even attempt to portray both sides of a given argument. Why can't they both suck?

Isn't what? Appealing to emotional reactions? Of course it is. Did I claim otherwise?
