This looks like the AP Top 10 Football poll! SEC States are well represented!

1) Louisiana
2) Oklahoma
3) Alabama
4) Arkansas
5) Mississippi
6) Arizona
7) Texas
8) Missouri
9) Georgia
10) Florida

If La wouldn't want to arrest and lock up so many for minor drug charges maybe we could lose the #1 title.
It will never happen though.

We do nothing to rehabilitate people and think locking up over and over is a better choice.
