It takes a while for dead people to get off the voter rolls. So what? The same is true for people who move. How many of you, when you moved, notified your former residence voter registrar of your move? How many of you when your grandmother died immediately called the registrar of voters to report the death. No one does this. This doesn't signify fraud and it isn't a problem unless someone impersonates someone else to vote in their place.

What if these dead people are some how voting in elections? That would make it a big deal. There's been allegations of the dead voting in elections for decades, and here's the liability.

How difficult would it be to have a program that would eliminate voter registration when someone moved? It could be based on existing data like SS# etc.

Which party would you guess would mount a "movement" to derail anything like that?

This isn't a problem in states that require voter Id. Otherwise it is a huge problem subject to vote fraud that is almost impossible to catch

It should be a max of 4-6 years. Not 30.
