Trump gets 108 of those 157 w/o much work.

In all seriousness, she is a huge problem on paper. I wasn't as impressed with her during those hearings as many libs seem to have been, but then again I wasn't impressed with Obama until midway through the 2008 Dem nomination either.
If you look at how much Ted Cruz improved during the 2016 nomination cycle, it's scary to think how much an attractive candidate who has above average people skills can improve during an 18-month campaign (I won't even get into the breathless media coverage she'd have at her back).
Trump needs great numbers (employment, markets, immigration) to buck him up and he's going to have to lean heavily on his white working class coalition again, because minority and youth turnout will be the Dems' #1 focus after 2016.

Of course not, she was just convenient to the narrative and cringe "YASSS SLAY QUEEN!!" memes.

Pretty much looks like any other pre-election map

If Harris really ends up being the nominee, you can tick Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin into the R block and Colorado and New Mexico into the D block without too much thinking.
The election would then be won or lost in Florida, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.
Then again, I am convinced Trump isn't going to run in 2020 and doesn't like actually being president (and I don't think Harris will be the nominee for the D's, either).

She won't even be the nominee.
Even her own primary opponents will label her a California liberal.
You know what America hates more than California liberals?
Serial killers, pedophiles and terrorists. That's about it.

I think that Colorado and New Mexico are more pragmatic than Nevada and could be swayed to go Trump if the economy is booming and immigration has been handled well in documentable ways, but agree that they'd be very heavy lifts. Perhaps heavier than even a Virginia.
Nevada is becoming California with the multitude of angry young Latino service workers who are incredibly easy to turn out given the geography of Nevada. Nevada will never be red again unless Kobach finds a ton of illegal voters that he can disqualify.
NH and MN are the "next" Trump states to turn, followed by Maine, Colorado and New Mexico.
Too much depends on the eventual Dem nominee to speculate on which are the first Trump states to go red. Could be PA but it could also be Florida depending on the candidate.

I agree with you on this point...

I don't know - we said this about Obama.
The Dems followed up stodgy white candidates (Gore, Kerry) with a dynamic and youthful wild card (Obama).
I'm thinking they'll follow up stodgy unlikeable Hillary with another Obama-like candidate. Harris fits that mold so much better than any other.

KH would get crushed no matter who the GOP rolled out as its candidate...

Obama, at least initially, was able to present himself as someone with a good bit of crossover appeal. I don't see Harris having that in any way, shape, or form.

Someone better come up with a Maxine Waters/Donald Trump EC map.

Trump needs to back off weed, end the federal witch hunt for it...
It would lock up Colorado over a dumb issue
